“When I was thinking about buying a boat from Nautikos, I have to admit that I was a bit nervous. Afterall, I knew nothing about them, especially since I had found them through an on-line listing. So, it is safe to say that I went into this expecting the worst. Boy, was I wrong! What I have experienced from day one is nothing short of spectacular. At Nautikos, I have witnessed firsthand how they treat everyone like family. The entire selling and delivery process was smooth and seamless, led by James Carter (Sales Director). James has been there every step of the way and in fact, has become a good friend. Where they really differentiated themselves was how they worked with me and my family after the contract was signed. For example, a trip to the Sunseeker factory in Poole, where I met the rest of the team, was an amazing experience and gave me a huge amount of comfort in the brand. I also got to know Leo Carbajales (CEO) whose mission is to make you feel well taken care of. He and the rest of the team certainly accomplished their goal. At the closing day, they turned it into a celebration, and I had my first opportunity to meet Angel Prado and Luis Barroso (Service Director) who were instrumental in working to get me comfortable with my new purchase. I know they are always available if I need any assistance. They have repeatedly proved that is true.
Perhaps the most comforting part of the relationship with Nautikos is how we have been treated post delivery. Somehow, James and the entire team at Nautikos make you feel like you are their only customer. Calls are returned promptly; answers are given, and any issues are solved immediately. This is not about out of sight and out of mind – it is all about making sure we are happy with our new purchase. I guess if I have to sum it up, I would say that I didn’t just buy a boat from Nautikos, I joined the Nautikos family.”
